HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No fine print.

  1. Tell us who and when.

    A short form. Ninety seconds. Pick the service, the time, the address.

  2. Meet your Companion.

    We match on proximity, skills, and reputation. You see their name, their photo, the families they've cared for.

  3. Pay only after they show up.

    Your card is held. It's charged once the visit is complete. Cancel any visit free up to two hours before.

  • Your parent is not left alone with a stranger. The Companion has been background-checked, trained, and chosen by you — you see their name and face before the visit.

  • You can message the Companion from the app, see when they're on their way, and read the visit summary after. No guessing.

  • If anything feels off — tone, timing, anything — you call us and a person answers. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue.
